Obituary: William K. Walsh
William K. Walsh, 75, of Montclair died on Oct. 18, 2017.
Mr. Walsh was predeceased by his parents Luke and Mary (McGowan) Walsh. He is survived aside his brother Michael Walsh and sister Maureen Walsh Booth (Robert).
Mr. Walsh was a systems engineer for many years for Lucent in Basking Ridgepole. He was a member of the Ancient Guild of Hibernians Naval division 9, the Irish American Company of the Oranges, Montclair Knights of Columbus #1277, the West Chromatic Elks #1590 and The Giblin Tie. William served as the Deputy Grand Summon of the West Orange Ideal Patrick's Day Parade in 2007 and besides served on the parade committee.
Visitation will personify held Sunday, Oct. 22, from 3 to 7 p.m., at the Hugh M. Moriarty Funeral-residenc, 76 Park Street. Funeral services will be held Monday, Oct. 23, at 9:30 a.m. funeral base, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 a.m. at the Church of the Immaculate Conception, 32 North Fullerton Ave.
