Great store here in Reno Nevada. Sean is very helpful at finding what you need. We recently bought two chairs and unfortunately one came broken, waiting for replacement item. Professional as times like these we need patience and many things come in half made or broken from all over including appliances. We have a new home build so it's been a process. Ashley's has been great.

Worse , Worse furniture ever, I bought 4 furnitures 3 of them was damaged I bought 1 sofa that Less in 3 months All the Cushions sink and are not comfortable And the others 2 came with damages That They already fixed wrong

This experience was worse than buying a car! Their 40% off sale is a scam that gets chewed up by add on's like delivery and furniture damage warranty. Salesperson (very pushy) kept saying that he would add extra discount to offset these charges. That's all they speak, discounts. Never asked if we wanted those extrs, just typed them into the invoice, which increases his commissions. Went home, checked online and our whole invoice came to 50% less than their 40% off sale total! I know their is overhead in a showroom and Ashley's furniture is of good quality, but do yourself a favor, go in, look around and then buy online with free shipping and delivery! (setup not included) Online even tells you the amount of time it takes to assemble pieces, or still cheaper to hire a local handyman to assemble than to pay their showroom prices.

I purchased a living room set in January and half was delivered in February and I was told the rest would be directly shipped to me. Then a month later they called and said I wasn't home for the delivery when nobody called to set appointment. I was then told I would have to pick it up myself from the store after I have paid in cash the delivery charges. I then take off work rent a truck and hire some help . We get to the store and they don't know where my furniture is and now at this time I would just like a refund and its been 9 months and nothing. If you have any sense you would not use Ashley furniture.

Trying to add pieces to the living room furniture I purchased previously. Talked to a bot, a text "person," waited on hold 3 1/2 hours never got through to someone, finally got a store rep that said they can't look up orders I have to come in. I will just buy a love seat from Overstock or Amazon at this point. What a joke.

If you want to to buy furniture as the salesman watches football the entire time, this is the place to shop. Also they will tell you your furniture will be assembled, which is also a lie. Lastly, they tried to get me to pay $1,900 when their online price was $850. Buy from RC Wiley or anywhere else! Never will I ever shop here again.

I'm going to start this off by saying I never leave bad reviews, ever. So doing this should say a lot. My husband went into the store to order a dresser and 2 night stands we saw online. He was advised by the salesman it wasn't in stock but he could have ordered and delivered for us, great! Once time to pay, it was almost DOUBLE what it had said online. My husband showed him the link. He then only took a portion of the price down, with that my husband was going to say never mind we'll find something else that meets our budget. The once friendly guy gets his manager over, they agree on the online price and start the order process (at that point there was not the best attitude, maybe because of commission?). My husband asked if this would be delivered already built, he said oh yes, it arrives in the warehouse, the guys build it and then it's shipped to you. Which is the whole reason we went there in the first place so we could get something already put together. My delivery came today, still in boxes. In the grand scheme of things, it's not that big of a deal. I didn't refuse the delivery. It's just upsetting feeling lied to just in order to get a sale. Also, just the feeling of someone changing their demeanor towards you because the price isn't as much… just very disappointed with the whole experience.

Update: Pamela, the Store Manager, has "put in my request" for a partial refund (to keep my broken furniture since this process has been hell trying to get it replaced), THREE TIMES with no refund in sight. The customer service continues to be terrible. They have "closed" my case on more than one occasion stating "no reason for a refund" and I have to call and re-open the case. I'm sure they are hoping I forget about the refund I was promised, but I won't. The initial delivery of the broken piece of furniture was June 15th and I reported it on June 16th and I am STILL fighting for some kind of solution. Take your money elsewhere. You have been warned. The store associates were kind but if you have issues with delivery, damages, customer service, etc. you will likely have a terrible experience like I did. I've had to follow up numerous times over the last TEN weeks to get my even exchange taken care of on a product that was delivered damaged. They don't call you back when they say they will to provide updates, you have to do that yourself which means wasting hours of your life on hold. Once you do get ahold of them, you'll likely talk to a customer service representative who has no idea what they are doing and will provide incorrect information and timelines and then put incorrect notes into the computer to further confuse things. We like the bedroom set we purchased but due to the complete lack of customer care, we will not be purchasing from Ashley again. I suggest you check out RC Willey. We've never had an issue with them.
